Top Sindonologist Says:
‘Shroud Proves BIPs Are Wrong!’
As we all know, most BIPs don’t deal with the Shroud, nor give it honor or veneration, and, therefore, they, as individuals, have answered this question by ignoring the Holy Face of Christ on the cloth.
Now, these same people, who cannot recognize the Face of their Savior, also tell us that Mary, the Mother of Jesus, is a nobody as well. Since the BIPs are already wrong in dealing with the Shroud, let’s examine the beliefs of those who do recognize the Image on this cloth as the Face of Christ.
In the simple irrefutable scientific fact that the Shroud is the burial cloth of Jesus of Nazareth, where has this cloth been and who has honored it?
There are several interesting Truths here.
The first is that the Apostles knew the importance of the cloth and that they should not leave it in the Tomb.
It was then given to St. Jude Thaddeus, the cousin of the Lord and one of His “brothers” who grew up with Jesus and Mary in their Nazareth household. Right there, this tells us something as BIPs claim he is a “brother” of Jesus and a son of Mary, whereas the unedited Gospels and Bishop Eusebius prove he is the child of Mary of Cleophas, the “sister” — in reality “sister-in-law” — of the Blessed Ever-Virgin.
The cloth was venerated by the 1st-millennium Church which defined the doctrine of Mary’s Divine Maternity, something the BIPs reject as they do not believe She is the “Mother of God.”
In the 1st Millennium, the Shroud was housed and venerated in Churches that honored Mary as the Queen of Heaven and Earth. One such Church was Hagia Sophia, which means “Holy Wisdom” in Greek. This Church was dedicated to Mary as the Mother of Wisdom, one of the Virgin’s titles that the BIPs detest.
The Shroud and its Image was also used as a defense for icons by the great St. John Damascene in the iconoclastic controversy of the 8th Century. The iconoclasts lost the argument and were eventually removed from power and many excommunicated from the Church.
Today’s BIPs continue to hate the Images of the Mother of God and Jesus as Her Holy Child, calling them “idolatry,” the same argument that the iconoclasts lost 12 centuries ago. These so-called “idolatrous” icons are the same Images that would grace the Shroud and surround it in the 1st-millennium exhibitions. The BIPs use the same tired old misinterpretations of Scripture the iconoclasts did despite the fact that they lost this debate a long time ago. In their hatred for Mary as the Queen of Heaven and Earth, they fail to recognize that God — through the Truth of His Image on the Shroud — has moved His people out of the “Old” Covenant and given us a “New” Covenant.
For the sake of brevity, the list, as you know, goes on, but we did want to point out these 1st-millennium Truths. In reality, then, based on their arguments, the BIPs have every Christian practicing idolatry in the 1st Millennium! If this is true, then that would mean all 1st-millennium Christians went to hell, especially since the BIPS claim there is no such thing as “Purgatory.” This hysterical and evil viewpoint comes out clear when arguing with the BIPS, who have no qualm making the outrageous claim that many “Saints” did not make it to Heaven. In fact, in our close encounters of the BIP kind, they make it pretty clear they are the only ones who are going to “make” it.
We will end this debate once and for all on the definitive Truth of the Shroud which already and unmistakably proved who Christ the King is.
In the 1st and 2nd Millennium, every Christian that honored and venerated the Shroud as Jesus’ burial cloth had four distinguishing factors about them:
1. They worshipped the Holy Trinity as God.
2. They worshipped Jesus as the Son of God.
So far, so good. Most of the BIPs would agree with these two (although some harbor heresy here as well in subtly denying Jesus’ dual natures). But now comes two other essential factors about those who loved the Shroud that drives the BIPs nuts, for the BIPs do not believe; nor do they have the faith of a child!
3. Believers in the Shroud — both 1st and 2nd Millennium — also believed in the Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist and ate His Body and Blood that they may have eternal life!
4. They also honored and venerated Mary, not only as the Mother of God, but accepted Her as their Mother and Queen!
There is no escaping these four essential facts when studying those who have believed in the Shroud for 2,000 years.
Unfortunately, for the BIPs, Christianity is a not a choose and pick religion. Oh, we like what people believed here, but we don’t accept this other belief.
God is either all or nothing. The Holy Spirit did not lead the Church into error.
With the Shroud of Turin, the Holy Spirit has given us a legacy and role models to follow. For 2,000 years, Christians who spiritually knew the Face on the Shroud was their God and Savior also knew — through the same Power of the Holy Spirit — to honor and venerate Mary as their Mother and Queen.
God did not make a mistake in this area. It is not an accident that these four factors revolve around such an easy dividing line as the Shroud, a true personal relic of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Have you ever noticed that biblical idiot protest-ants (BIPs) don’t really deal with the Shroud? Our favorite line from them is when they say, “Where is the Shroud mentioned in the Scriptures?”
That’s why they are idiots. They expect God to give them everything about Him in a book; a book that wasn't written to capture the 2,000-year history of the Shroud!
Then, the BIPs have the audacity, after ignoring history, to accuse those who love Mary as being involved in idolatry when, in reality, it is they who are involved in bibliolatry.
In reality, the BIPs can’t get their smelly noses out of their abridged and edited book, since they do not even read the original Word of God.
We started this article with the headline that the “Top Sindonologist Says:

Sindonology is the study of the Shroud of Turin and stems from the word sindone, which means shroud in Italian.
Who is the top Sindonologist?
You know who He is.
He is the expert on this cloth.
He is the One who created it.
He is the One who left His own Image on it.
He is the One who has ensured where this cloth has gone and in whose hands it is today.
And the top Sindonologist has ensured the Shroud is in the hands of a man who is the spiritual example to the world today.
A man who prays the Rosary and says “Hail Mary” hundreds of times a day.
A man who eats the Body and Blood of Jesus in the Eucharist.
A man who worships Jesus as the Son of God.
A man who worships the Most Holy Trinity as God.
A man who is the deputy of the Owner of the cloth.
A man who is the temporal owner of the cloth on Earth today.
The top Sindonologist is — drum roll, please — Jesus Christ, the eternal Owner of the cloth, and his vicar is — surprise! — John Paul II, the temporal owner of the Shroud.
What does it all mean?
Simple.
The Owner of the Shroud is the same yesterday, today and forever. He, not us, has ensured His children and followers that the BIPs are completely wrong. The Owner of this cloth has not made a mistake by having a man, John Paul II, who is consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, be the owner of His Shroud. A man who has the same four distinguishing marks of all true Shroud believers for the past 2,000 years.
There is no doubt the placement of the Shroud into the hands of the head of the Roman Catholic Church, the only Church that calls Mary the Immaculate Conception, is the final piece of the triad.
The Owner — Christ the King — has proven to the world the Truth of who Mary is to Him by ensuring His cloth is photographed with a man, John Paul II, who is working for the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
This, then, as evident from those who surround the cloth and how they approach the Mother of God, is not the same Mary the BIPs claim Her to be, a “nobody,” just their “sister” in Christ!
Who is Mary then?
She is not the Mary the BIPs say She is.
She is the Mary the Church says She is; the same Church with the same Saints who have honored and venerated the Shroud for two millennia.
She is the Mother of God, the Queen of Heaven and Earth, and the Mother of All the Living. She is the Immaculate Conception.
The Top Sindonologist of the world — Jesus, who is the Heart of God’s Word — says, clearly and forcefully through His Passion, Death and Resurrection recorded on the world’s most important relic, that “My Shroud, with the Image of Me as Christ the King on it, proves the BIPs are wrong!”
