| ‘Obedient’ or ‘Insubordinate’ to Christ the King: Has the Church Overstepped Its Bounds? |
||||||||||||||||||||||
| As we celebrate the Feast of St. John the Baptist, we feel sometimes like we are a “voice crying the wilderness.” And that is not said egotistically, prophetically or pridefully. It is said with immense sadness. What we have been doing is to try to open the debate and keep believers focused as to why the Church is in the current crisis it is (despite claims that it is now in “transition”). Most people do not want to hear it. They choose the three-monkey approach of “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.” That won’t wash if we want to stand before the Just Judge and claim we upheld His Truths, honor and Mother! That won’t wash if we want to reestablish the reputation and Truths of Catholicism with, not believers, but with unbelievers, teenagers, pagans, schismatics, heretics, and the like. For their souls are at stake and we cannot win them by allowing corruption in the hierarchy to continue. Nor can we win them by denying the central Truths of our faith and allowing those who have downgraded the importance of the dogmas of our faith to continue to be among those who are in charge. So these debates, these criticisms, are not designed to destroy the Church — for it’s doing that very well on its own. It is trying desperately to pick up the pieces of what once was the greatest authority on Earth. The only authority with the full Truth, not the current watered-down version. We can see the battle for moral authority in this regard as many have noted the war of words between the United States government and the Vatican over the nation of Iraq. But who did the world leaders follow (including those who were Catholic)? George Bush or John Paul? We can see it as comedians like Dennis Miller — who we, as believers, may not care to hear what he has to say, but millions do — state that the Church has lost all its moral authority and, if it should implode, that would be just fine for the world. Who does the world listen to? Comedians or bishops? For the Church to implode is a dangerous concept — for without the Church and the true Sacrifice of the Mass, the world would truly fall victim to the reign of the antichrist (and that’s just what the evil one is trying to accomplish and has almost succeeded in doing; we can thank “protest-ant-ism” and “ecumenism” for this)! Yet, while the gates of hell will NOT prevail against the Church, the roof has collapsed and the rain is thunderously pouring in. How have we gotten to this point? We’ve talked about the king of France and the actions of today’s bishops in a scandal against children that has no precedent in the history of the Church. Surely, as common sense tells even non-believers, these scandals cannot please the Lord. Again, many well-meaning believers advocate “obedience” to the Church even in these difficult times. But what does “obedience” mean? Have we, as Catholics, taken, as the religious do, “vows” of “obedience”? Are we to be “obedient” when the actions of our leaders are immoral, unethical or against the obvious Will of God? Should we be obedient to any authority, be it governmental or religious, when it falls into immorality and against the Will of God? We all know from the Scriptures when the Apostles were confronted with this situation they stated boldly and clearly, “We ought to obey God rather than men” Acts of the Apostles 5:29. And this is the point we are making in regard to the Church itself. Has it obeyed God or rather, has it obeyed the will of men? In an organization that uses “obedience” as its primary weapon to put its followers in line, has the Church been obedient to its King, or has it been insubordinate and overstepped its bounds? To confirm or deny this, one needs proof that all can see and attest to as evidence. Is there, then, evidence that the Church has been insubordinate to its King and overstepped its bounds? We have spoken clearly of the evidence in regard to Fatima and the Church failing to follow the commands of God and His Mother in this regard. No one can deny that the nation of Russia was never consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in a solemn ceremony with all the bishops of the world participating. Indeed, there is even further evidence of this insubordination to Christ the King when Pope John Paul II, in the Great Jubilee Year, invited every cardinal and bishop to join him in Rome to consecrate the 3rd Millennium to the Immaculate Heart of the Queen of Peace. Out of approximately 4,000 prelates who should have attended, only a little more than 25 percent actually showed up. We were there, along with 1,400 cardinals and bishops, as John Paul, before the pilgrim statue of Our Lady of Fatima, got on bended knees and pleaded with the Virgin for Her motherly intercession. One cardinal, L.A.’s Roger Mahony, apparently couldn’t make it. Was it ill health that caused him to be absent? No. From what we understand, it was his “schedule” that did not “permit” him to make the ceremony! As we have worked in corporate America, can anyone imagine what the CEO would say if a vice president told him his schedule could not accommodate the all-important state-of-the-company address to the board of directors? Was it “obedience” or “insubordination” on the part of Roger Mahony to neglect his CEO’s call to attend a consecration ceremony planned months in advance to make a request to the board of directors of the Catholic Church, Jesus and Mary? Is it obedience or insubordination to Jesus on the part of the Church to tell worshippers that, in order to accommodate the movement of the Communion line, we don’t have time to kneel down before our Lord when we receive His Body and Blood during the most solemn part of the Mass? Is it obedience or insubordination on the part of the hierarchy to allow female Eucharistic “ministers” to administer the Sacrament of the Altar because there are not enough priests, or to, again, supposedly facilitate the Communion line? We will never forget the times when, in the affluent community of Newport Beach, California, every Sunday, the Eucharistic “minister” would be dressed in a skimpy miniskirt with eye shadow dark enough for her to be able to leave Church and attend a gothic party without changing one iota of her outfit. And with the priest standing next to her, one cannot claim the shepherd of the flock was unaware. (This woman was actually a member of the parish council! Perhaps she practiced wicca in her spare time.) Was it obedience or insubordination on the part of the hierarchy when, during the October 8, 2000 consecration of the 3rd Millennium to the Queen of the Church, books to commemorate the occasion were handed out free that changed the words of the Gospel of Luke? Instead of Mary proclaiming in Her Magnificat that “all generations shall call me blessed,” this “interpretation” had our Queen proclaiming, “From now on all people will call me happy.” Does anyone who really believes in the Queenship of Mary believe that both the Lord and His Mother were “happy” with this “ecumenical” change? And with the signature of one Cardinal Roger Etchegaray and the Great Jubilee logo included in this strange book — which contains other serious violations of God’s true Word — one cannot say that the Church was unaware of this absurdity. In fact, the inside cover pages state specifically that the “final text of this translation has been approved by the United Bible Societies and the ecclesiastical authorities of the Roman Catholic Church.” At a time when the pope is pleading with Mary for Her intercession, should not the Church be particularly cautious in ensuring it is pleasing its King and Queen? Yet, no matter what “man” may tell us otherwise, we find this to be clear evidence of insubordination to the Truth of God’s Word! Instead of Jesus and Mary, the United Bible Societies and their false interpretations were the ones who were pleased by the “ecclesiastical authorities” of the Catholic Church, headed by one Roger Etchegaray. (We bet our bottom spiritual dollar, he and Mahony are ecclesiastical buddies!) We will give one final example of insubordination on the part of a hierarchy that has brought us to this moment in the Church’s history — where as Rome burns, Nero fiddles. It is an example many are going to be unhappy with. For it involves the Association of Marian Helpers, a wonderfully spiritual organization dedicated to propagating the Divine Mercy of our great Savior. But even here, we find the audacity of insubordination under the guise that “Holy Mother Church” could possibly know better than its own Lord and King. In their own pamphlet to promulgate devotion to Jesus as the King of Mercy, the Association, in discussing the Fifth Day of the Divine Mercy Novena, have changed the words of Christ. Jesus said to St. Faustina, on this day preceding the Divine Mercy Feast, to bring Him the “souls of heretics and schismatics.” But the pamphlet puts words in Jesus’ mouth that He never spoke — it asks instead for “those who have separated themselves from My Church.” In their own words as part of an asterisk explaining why they changed the Words of our Lord and Savior, the Association states, “Our Lord’s original words here were ‘heretics and schismatics,’ since He spoke to St. Faustina within the context of her times. As of the Second Vatican Council, Church authorities have seen fit not to use those designations in accordance with the explanation given in the Council’s decree on Ecumenism. … St. Faustina herself, her heart always in harmony with the mind of the Church, most certainly would have agreed.” Sorry, Association of Marian Helpers, but we vehemently disagree! St. Faustina — “within the context of her times” — was not dealing with a corrupt hierarchy! St. Faustina — “within the context of her times” — was not dealing with a Church that was insubordinate to its own Lord’s Words; especially in the context of the Scriptures as St. Faustina was only permitted to read by the Church the Latin Vulgate Bible! St. Faustina — “within the context of her times” — had no idea that there would come a day when the Lord’s Words would be changed for the sake of “ecumenism.” St. Faustina’s “heart always in harmony with the mind of the Church” was not dealing with a hierarchy engaged in a pedophile scandal. St. Faustina’s “heart always in harmony with the mind of the Church” was dealing with a Church whose mind — at that time — was in harmony with its Lord! That can no longer be said of the current Church. For is the Church in harmony with the Mind of its Lord when it removed kneelers from before the Altar? (Would St. Faustina agree with their removal?) Was the Church in harmony with the Mind of its Lord when it covered up criminal activity by its own clergy? (Would St. Faustina agree with this cover-up?) Is the Church in harmony with the Mind of its Lord when it disobeys His Mother’s commands or changes Her words in Her Magnificat? (Would St. Faustina, who was privileged to see and hear the Blessed Virgin, agree with the changes to Mary’s words approved by Cardinal Etchegaray?) A Church no longer in harmony with the Mind of its Lord when it allows “ministers” in miniskirts and cheap makeup to distribute the Body and Blood of Christ! (Would St. Faustina — the Saint who saw the Host turn into the Holy Child — agree with female Eucharistic “ministers”?) (And please do not give us a “politically correct” answer or “this-is-a-gray-area” answer to these questions regarding St. Faustina’s response to these changes in the Church. The answers are a simple “yes” or “no”!) Indeed, is there any self-respecting believer who would say the Lord agrees with these changes made in His Church since the time of a Council that was never deemed “infallible” but only called “pastoral”? A Council that never really explicitly demanded these outrageous and insubordinate changes, but which was used as an excuse to formulate them in its “spirit.” We, as Catholics, are as much at fault in this regard as any of the hierarchy. We could have said “no,” but instead we cowered under the fear of the word “obedience.” But under the disguise of the word “obedience,” we have, instead, let “insubord-ination” in. Insubordination to the King of Kings and the High Priest of the Church! We have repeated so often our discussion that we live in a world of lies and deception. These lies and deceptions have now reached the innermost Sanctuary of our Church. (Remember, what Mary has been warning us since La Salette, Fatima, and the now-“disapproved” messages of Garbandal, etc.!) Again, we are not advocating another Church, nor do we have anything but the utmost spiritual respect for Pope John Paul II (but as we have stated, he is an administrative democratic disaster)! Thank God he has listened to the interior inspirations he receives and consecrated the 3rd Millennium to the Immaculata! But John Paul is not the Church. He is only a part of it. As much a part as we, as believers, are. We can continue, as Catholics, to hide under the guise of being “obedient” to a hierarchy that has so changed the Church of Christ that St. Faustina would not recognize it. A Church Padre Pio would surely disagree with. But to applaud, in obedience, cardinals and bishops for the “progress” they are making in a scandal that should never have been will not win the souls of those at stake that we spoke of in the beginning of this article. We can, instead, cry out — begging and pleading the Lord to take control as He is the only One who can change the Church for the better; not another pope. In the “Spirit of Vatican II,” the evidence is frightfully and abundantly clear: the Church has overstepped its bounds. It has made a mockery of Christ the King in His own Tabernacle by pushing Him aside and removing Him from the Center of His Altar. It has made a mockery of Christ the King in the Eucharist as those who should never touch the Sacred Host are granted rights that not even Mary had. It has been insubordinate to Christ the King by having the audacity to change His and His Mother’s Words for the sake of “ecumenism.” We can continue to “see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil” only to make monkeys out of ourselves and our faith. And in that process, never gain the souls at risk. Or we can rise with one voice and demand the removal of those cardinals and bishops who have brought us to this point in time. As we have written, while the Association of Marian Helpers or any other Catholic may continue their concern not to “offend” those who may be “heretics and schismatics,” we are more concerned that we not offend the Just Judge and His Mother. For the Just Judge is not that far off. He has seen the roof collapsing in on His Church. For He has put His foot through it! For the Church has offended Him and His Mother! He has seen the flood of rain in the tears of the Saints and His Mother pouring to the height of His Tabernacle. Yet, at the same time, He has not forgotten His Promise that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Rock of Peter. But first we must be prepared that He will tear down every dissatisfying wall until He rebuilds from the ground floor up. The time of John Paul II’s tenure is coming due. We believe after his death and a terrible period of darkness, the time of Christ the King is about to begin. Not Reigning, as some would suggest as the “Eucharist King” from His Tabernacles throughout the world — for that is what has been going on for the last 2,000 years — but Reigning as True God and True Man from His Throne in Jerusalem. And then the insubordination of His Church and His creation will be over. And the sheep and the goats will be judged for their true “obedience” to God or to man. © 2003 Agnus Dei Presents! |

| Walking in the mist of the storm, the Lord is undeterred by the strength of the winds against Him; but He is not unmoved by the depth of the tears of His Saints, especially His Mother — deeper than all the oceans of the Earth — as the Church they love neglects the Rights of Christ their King! | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Are we not living today the tears of Our Lady of La Salette? A message that corresponds to the messages commanding devotion to the Holy Face of Christ! Has the Universal Church adhered to and promulgated this devotion as of this date? |

| As the Lord rescued Peter from drowning after he lost his faith to follow Jesus’ command and walk on water, we now ask God to rescue the Rock of Peter on which He founded His Church; for it, too, is now drowning as many among its leaders have lost their faith and are not following Jesus and Mary’s commands. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
