| Time Is Triumph and Triumph Is Time Who Is God’s ‘Elect’? “ … Who are born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God! And the Word was made Flesh and dwelt among us … .” John 1:13-14 “ … but for the sake of the elect those days shall be shortened.” Matthew 24:22 “ … but for the sake of the elect which He hath chosen, He hath shortened the days.” Mark 13:20 |

| ‘Be Not Afraid!’ is the title of Tommy Canning’s latest masterpiece — and we ask that all click on the link to not only see thumbnail sketches of this magnificent work, but also to read the quote from St. Louis de Montfort which Tommy has highlighted to accompany his incredible art. Note that the great Saint states that ‘the formation and education of the great Saints who shall come at the end of the world are reserved for’ Mary! Therefore, when will we, as Catholics, stop listening to those who ignore our Queen?! | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Now before anyone starts stating that we have taken these Scripture verses “out of context,” we want everyone to understand we comprehend that God is speaking broadly of those who are His “elect” (and known only to Him)! With that said, it is time for us as believers to also comprehend that Mary IS, not only the Mother of the elect, but also the FIRST of God’s elect. That Truth is derived from Scripture. For who can deny that Mary was “born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God!” As the Mother of Jesus, Mary was created by God specifically so that the Word might become Flesh and dwell among us (all, of course, dependent upon Her free-will response and “yes”). And as the First of God’s Elect, “which He hath chosen,” our King has obligated Himself to something, not only for our sake, but more importantly, for Mary’s sake! We can see that He has already fulfilled other obligations He has imposed upon Himself in the Assumption of Mary and Her Queenship. Our God and King has done this for one simple reason: there is no One the Most Holy Trinity loves more than the Virgin Mother of the elect! And why is this so? While many would disagree with Mary as mankind’s Queen or the Immaculate Conception, there is one thing no one can dispute, for it is historical: the Woman who gave birth to Jesus shared in every single aspect of His life — most importantly, not only in His Joys, but in His Sufferings! Sufferings that have been apportioned to mankind’s account as a result of the original fall; sufferings for accepting the lie that we can be “as gods,” instead of what God truly desires for us to be: NOT His equivalent but His “sons”! (lower-case S; compare Genesis 3:5 with John 1:12.) In these sufferings, there is a command from God that most people want to forget or ignore. It is in Genesis 3:16 when God said to Eve (Eva in Latin): “I will multiply thy sorrows, and thy conceptions: in sorrow shalt thou bring forth children … .” As a reverse to Eva’s fall, here is something most people do not think about or wish to consider. How did Mary (Ave in Latin after the first word the Archangel Gabriel spoke to Her, “Hail” in Luke 1:28) bring about the Holy Child Jesus? Was it in pain and sorrow — or comfort and joy? If we realize that symbolically EVERYTHING Mary is and stands for is a complete reversal of Eva, then we can know with certainty that the Queen did not bring forth the King in physical pain, discomfort and sorrow! Indeed, Mary brought forth the Holy Child in joy, blessing and ease! Even Eva’s firstborn is completely the opposite of Christ as Cain “rose up against his brother and slew him” Genesis 4:8. Ave’s first and only Child was “lifted up,” not so that men may die as Abel did under the hand of Cain, but so “that whosoever believeth in Him, may not perish; but may have life everlasting” John 3:14-15. With these examples, we are trying to clearly show that not only did Mary share in Jesus’ life, whether Joyful, Sorrowful or Glorious, but that Her life would also run parallel to our Lord’s in many symbolic ways, much as Adam’s lot was cast with Eva. In this symbolism, we must remember not to forget nor neglect the prophecies of canonized Saints. For with the Saints, through the confirmation of miracles after their death, we can rest assured that their messages are genuine and from God! And, despite the wealth of Saints to choose from, we wish only to concentrate for the purpose of our discussion on two. One is the greatest Saint of all time. Her Name is, surprise, Mary. And Her prophecy to recall is simple. Mary told us in the Church-approved messages of Fatima that in the end — meaning no matter what! — the Triumph of Her Immaculate Heart will take place in the world! That prophecy is now 86 years old. The second Saint we wish to remember is another of the greats, the Secretary of Divine Mercy, St. Faustina. In her Church-approved messages, this humble nun was told by Mary Herself that the time of Her Son’s return was soon: “I gave the Savior to the world; as for you, you have to speak to the world about His great Mercy and PREPARE the world for the Second Coming of Him who will come, not as a merciful Savior, but as a Just Judge. Oh, how terrible is that day! Determined is the Day of Justice, the day of divine wrath. The Angels tremble before it. Speak to souls about this great Mercy while it is still the time for Mercy. If you keep silent now, you will be answering for a great number of souls on that terrible day! Fear nothing. Be faithful to the end. I sympathize with you” Faustina’s Diary, Divine Mercy in My Soul, Notebook II, 635, March 25, 1936. If there is any doubt about the message of the Mother of God to the Secretary of Divine Mercy, the Lord confirms it for us when He tells St. Faustina: “Souls perish in spite of My bitter Passion. [Is the ADL listening?] I am giving them the last hope of salvation; that is, the Feast of My Mercy. If they will not adore My Mercy, they will perish for all Eternity. Secretary of My Mercy, write, tell souls about this Mercy of Mine, because the awful day, the day of My Justice is near” Notebook II, 965, February 1937. Now we can be like protest-ants and pretend that these messages have no value. Or we can be serious and comprehend that the Lord and His Mother have not spoken these words idly to Faustina or in vain 66 years ago! So where are we on Heaven’s time clock in this regard? We have spoken often on this web site — strictly to keep all believers focused on this reality — that time does not pass in Heaven like it does for us on Earth. The formula, for those who may not have read this, is for us to “not be ignorant, my beloved, that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day” as St. Peter, the first pope, warns us in his Second Epistle 3:8. And for those who have, again, not read this from us, we were inspired in the Great Jubilee of 2000 by Agnus Dei to do the math! By dividing 1,000 years by 24 hours in a day, we can grasp a small part of this reality by realizing that 41.666 Earth years is equivalent to 1 hour for the Lord in Heaven! Therefore, in Heaven’s time, the remarks made to St. Faustina are just a little more than an hour-and-a-half old! And the prophecy spoken by Mary at Fatima is just over 2 hours old! Why is this important? For two reasons. First, again, we must remember that what seems like years to us and the world is NOT God’s forgetfulness, abandonment, or any other wrong thought we may have concerning the fulfillment of these prophecies. These beliefs are false and can be proven as such when we look at events not from an earthly time perspective, but from Heaven’s! Put it into the perspective of Heaven and we can see barely ANY time has passed in the scheme of things — especially as God desires all to receive His Mercy! Secondly, and perhaps, even more importantly, we must see that again the Lord is working by His time clock, not ours — and that time clock is full of symbolism. Symbolism that revolves around His life and His Mother’s. In earthly time, what is that symbolism? For two days Jesus was lost to His Mother in the Temple of His Father. For two days Jesus was lost to His Mother after His death on the Cross. For two symbolic days (not the full hours but by name, Friday and Saturday) Jesus’ Body lay in the Tomb until His Resurrection. For two days Mary’s Body laid in Her Tomb until Her Assumption. Jesus suffered for two days (48 hours) before His Resurrection. His intense sufferings began at midnight on Thursday and culminated in His scourging on Friday. Condemned to die, He made His Way to Golgotha (the “Place of the Skull” where Jewish tradition believes Adam’s skull was buried), and was nailed to the Cross at noon; after 3 hours, Jesus expired at 3:00 p.m. As Orthodox tradition states, the Resurrection of Jesus occurred at midnight on Saturday — 33 hours after His death, one hour of death for each year of His life and a full 48 hours of Earth time since the beginning of His Passion! Mary has now suffered for two days — in Heaven’s time! How? In the last 2,000 years, each millennium has been equivalent to one day to God. And Mary, in that time, has been pierced with the Sword of Sorrow every since Her Son was pierced through His Heart on the Cross! While Mary had no pain in bearing the Savior of the world, the Scriptures tell us that as the Woman Clothed With the Sun, She is spiritually giving birth to the “sons of God.” Our Queen is “in pain to be delivered” Apocalypse 12:2. Mary has been delivering the “sons of God” — the “elect” — for two days now. Two complete days for Mary since the Crucifixion of Her Son and the piercing of Her Immaculate Heart would be equivalent to the year 2033. But Mary was not in Sorrow with Her Son for 33 years. In fact, Mary enjoyed 30 years of private Joy as She not only held the Savior of the world in Her arms, but watched Him advance “in Wisdom, and age, and grace with God and men” Luke 2:52. As He “advanced,” Mary kept all His Words to Her “in Her Heart” Luke 2:51, knowing full well the mission Her Son “must be about” when He reached the age of 30. For three years, Mary had to share Her Son with the world during His public ministry. For three hours after His Resurrection, Mary had to endure not yet knowing Her Son had fulfilled His earthly time in the grave. We are now in the same position as Mary. If those who are under Her Mantle can boldly proclaim that they are Her children, the Mother of the “elect,” why shouldn’t we experience much of what our role model and Queen has? And so we propose that we are not that far off. Not that far off from the time, when like Mary, we will see the Risen Lord! Why? Because we believe firmly with all our hearts that for the “sake of the elect” these “days” that we are experiencing after 2,000 years — two days of Mary suffering — “shall be shortened.” We are praying that they will be shortened by 30 years — the same time Mary enjoyed the Joyful Mysteries with Her Son privately. We have passed two days of Mary’s suffering as She guides the “elect” to their eternal home. We have endured three years of dashed hopes when the Lord did not return at the beginning nor end of the Great Jubilee Year. Is this, perhaps, not unlike the experience Mary had as She knew what Her Son’s mission “must be about” but waited in agony for His return? But just as Jesus was Resurrected exactly at midnight on the 3rd Day, He did fulfill a prophecy during the Great Jubilee Year — the beginning of the 3rd Millennium, Heaven’s 3rd Day. A prophecy that He had spoken of to St. Faustina: “I am giving them the last hope of salvation; that is, the Feast of My Mercy” — a feast that was proclaimed and celebrated throughout the Great Jubilee Year as the Church opened wide its Doors of Mercy! Unfortunately, since that time, the Divine Mercy Feast has not gained momentum nor been adhered to by the hierarchy of the Church since its inception in 1995 and its declaration as Universal as the pope canonized Faustina in 2000! What then is left? Is it not then, as the Lord spoke, that “the awful day, the day of My Justice is near”? Did we not, perhaps, see the beginning of this Truth with the attack of 9/11? While we, as a nation, have tried to go back to living as before, how much have our lives changed and continue to change as a result of this incident? (As we write this, the nation is gripped again in a massive blackout disrupting our “normal” routines!) And another prophecy bore its fruit in the Great Jubilee Year. It was the prophecy Mary had given us at Fatima. Mary prophesied at Fatima that in the end Her Immaculate Heart will triumph. We have spoken often on the significance of October 8, 2000, when John Paul II, with 1,400 cardinals and bishops in attendance, as well as thousands of faithful, consecrated not Russia, not the world, but the 3rd Millennium to the Immaculata! This, we believe, as Mary prophesied to Father Gobbi of the Marian Movement of Priests, was the beginning — the Alpha — of the Triumph Mary spoke of! Yes, we know much of what we speak of is speculation on our part. But we cannot ignore the Truth of the prophecies Jesus and Mary have given, especially at Fatima and through St. Faustina. Nor of the events that have transpired since. Nor the symbolism we have pointed out. Do they not have any relevance or meaning? Are they just “coincidences”? Or do we, as believers, need to step back and comprehend that even those who were involved in these events may not have been given the Wisdom nor eyes to fully know the ramifications of what was accomplished?! Yes, we know that there are tons of people who would dispute our “time clock” scenario. But does it really matter? Is the point of our discussion to argue about time — or is it to bolster our faith as we continue to strive to become “sons of God”? What we are trying to accomplish as we celebrate the Feast of the Assumption of our great Mother — the Mother of the elect — and Her upcoming Queenship is for us, as believers, despite the horrendous condition of the Church (while other web sites laughingly proclaim that it is “still solid”!) is to know that the Lord Jesus, based on His own Words, His own Scriptures, His Mother’s, and His Saint’s prophecies, cannot be far off. For the Lord has obligated Himself to His Mother’s requests for She IS His Elect! And His Mother, for the “sake of the elect,” can only be doing one thing as our Advocate — asking for these days to be “shortened” and the Omega of Her Triumph to be accomplished! With this article we want all to focus on the task at hand — for in Eternity the reality has always been that “Time Is Triumph”; but for us on Earth, as we move further into the 3rd Millennium, we pray that soon the reality will be that the “Triumph Is Time”! As such, we need to ask God to end the “travail” of Mary by removing the Sword of Sorrow from Her Immaculate Heart and Crowning Her on Earth before all mankind! We do not need another feast day that the majority of the world — even many in the Church — will ignore. This is, however, the work, we, as believers, should be praying for on Her feast days! And in this prayer, we can only get to this Triumph in Time sooner than later by asking the Mother of the elect to do what only She has the RIGHT to do: intercede with God to ensure that “for the sake of the elect” these days are “shortened” until the fulfillment — the Omega — of Her Triumph takes place with the return of Her Son as the King of All Nations. A return that will, once more, bring us the joy, as Mary had, of the Word again dwelling among us! Now is the time — during this week encompassing two of Her great feast days — to ask Mary to ask for these days to be cut short! Why? It is, perhaps, the greatest act of mercy we can, as believers, offer mankind, for as Mary spoke to St. Faustina, “Determined is the Day of Justice, the day of divine wrath.” And we, like “the Angels tremble before it.” We should, therefore, not “keep silent now” if we do not want to “be answering for a great number of souls on that terrible day!” At the same time, we need “fear nothing,” and can easily “be faithful to the end” if we but follow the One who was “born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God”! For Mary is — and the children who follow Her are — the Elect! By Thy Holy and Immaculate Conception, O Mary, we beg God to cut short the days to the Omega of Your Triumph for the sake of Your honor and glory as His elect! © 2003 Agnus Dei Presents! |

| We all know that John Paul II is ‘Mary’s pope’! Since that is the case, how can we not put incredible significance to the fact that before the pilgrim statue of Fatima, the pontiff consecrated the 3rd Millennium to our Queen? Surely, in the spiritual battle the effect is yet to be measured as we live the proverb that it is always darkest before the light! |
