| Going Out on a Limb Update Strange Timing for War Reports |
||||||
| As we had said in our earlier report, we are concerned that our nation will go to war on the wrong day, choosing to strike the enemy on a date that is reserved in a special way to honor God. We discussed Monday, January 6th and its importance in relationship to the true date for the Feast of the Epiphany. Now we turn our attention to the next major feast date that will celebrate another event that glorified God as the Holy Child: February 2, the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord. While a major strike has not yet occurred, it is interesting how, at this time as we traditionally celebrate Epiphany, that the media has hyped up its war reports about our special forces already operating in Iraq. This is, actually, old news. The timing of these reports on the Feast of the Epiphany leads us to believe we are not that far off in our concern that we, as a nation, will once again, pick the wrong day to begin a major offensive in a war that could ultimately lead to the big one -- since it will truly involve the suicidal fanatics of the islamic world. We believe we cannot avoid this potential all-out conflict without the help and blessing of Heaven. We won't be eligible for these blessings unless we avoid offending God and His Mother any further. Not going to war on a feast day is a step in the right direction. May the Lord have mercy on us all and not allow politicians, dictators, atheists, madmen, fanatics, and islamic fundamentalists to make decisions that will affect millions who are innocent. May He hear and answer the cries of His Queen of Peace. © 2003 Agnus Dei Presents! |
