Antichrists Hide in the
Claims of Anti-Semitism
Another terrorist bombing.
Another innocent life (lives) taken by fanatical enemies of the true God.
A God that Israel continues to reject.
No Truth could be more evident than in reviewing the criticisms of many of those who claim to speak for Judaism.
Among the voices in the vile antichrist organizations of today is one known as the Anti-Defamation League.
In speaking this Truth, those who may think they can lob the charge of “anti-Semitism” at us, don’t bore us with the details; for the details of our life and ties that bind us to Judaism is one they have no clue to.
We have great sympathy to an organization whose founding owes its origin to the incredible and enormous tragedy of the Holocaust. In this historical tragedy, it is an understandable concern of the Anti-Defamation League that any form of despicable and violent anti-Semitism should never be permitted to raise its ugly nazi head again.
But there also comes a time when paranoia overcomes common sense.
And the making of a film on the Passion of Christ does not give them or anyone else a license to attack the Truth of the Gospels.
This, in essence, is where the disconnect lies.
It is, as one writer states, their historical and hysterical reaction to reject Jesus.
But in their rejection, it is inappropriate for the ADL or any other Jewish organization to condemn, harass or intimidate others who may, whether by word or action, bring people to the Truth of the Gospels and, as a result, the Truth of Christ.
Even more critical, it is a spiritual noose around their own necks each time they publicly distort, cause doubt or condemn the Truth of the Gospels.
There is, for NO human being — whether Jewish, Catholic, Christian, buddhist, islamic, hindu, native American, pagan, etc., etc. — an escape for this action against Christ Himself.
For, as He spoke, we are either with Him or against Him.
In this Light, the Gospels are either true or they are false.
To take sides in this is the ultimate test of one’s soul on this planet.
Believing the Gospels are not true is one thing that can surely condemn a person for Eternity.
However, if there are circumstances — such as who raised you, what environment you lived in, influences upon you, or even one’s geographical location — the Mercy of God can come upon the soul who rejects, unknowingly, that which is true. (This statement surely drives our “Traditional” friends nuts, but let us not forget the incredible importance and doctrine of Purgatory, a true Mercy of God!)
But for those, like the ADL and others who openly not only reject, but cause others to reject, as well as fabricating or misleading people as to the Truth of the Gospels, Mercy may not be in their future.
That is the focus of our concern.
For in reading the ADL’s “concerns,” one finds that they complain that Mel Gibson’s film, “The Passion,” “portrays Jewish authorities and the Jewish ‘mob’ as forcing the decision to execute Jesus, thus assuming responsibility for the crucifixion” [sic].
That is the ultimate crux of the argument.
Is it Mel Gibson’s film that is the problem, or does it go deeper for people like those who are in or support the ADL?
To be clear and ensure whether it is a film or the Word of God that they are actually disputing, it is imperative to discern what the Beloved Disciple John, the EYEWITNESS and zealot Jew, wrote. What, in his Gospel, did he tell us?
“Then they led Jesus from Caiphas [the then-high priest of the Temple] to the governor’s hall. And it was morning; and they went not into the hall, that they might not be defiled, but that they might eat the pasch. Pilate therefore went out to them and said: ‘What accusation bring you against this Man?’ They answered, and said to him: ‘If He were not a malefactor, we would not have delivered Him to thee.’ Pilate therefore said to them: ‘Take Him you, and judge Him according to your Law.’ The Jews therefore said to him: ‘It is not lawful for us to put any man to death’ ” John 18:28-31. [Is this line not already an indication of how those who are responsible are already trying to shuffle the blame elsewhere?]
After Pilate questioned Jesus regarding, “What is Truth,” “he went out again to the Jews, and saith to them: ‘I find no cause in Him. But you have a custom that I should release one unto you at the pasch: will you, therefore, that I release unto you the King of the Jews?’ Then cried they all again, saying: ‘Not this Man, but Barabbas!’ ”
John 18:38-40. [As written, they did not then “will” to release the Lord, but as a group, or as some might classify it, a “mob,” they imposed their “will” on the governor.]
After the incredible Passion of Christ where our Lord was scourged, “Pilate therefore went forth again, and saith to them: ‘Behold, I bring Him forth unto you, that you may know I find no cause in Him.’ (Jesus therefore came forth, bearing the Crown of Thorns and the purple garment.) And he saith to them: ‘Behold, the Man!’ When the chief priests, therefore, and the servants had seen Him, they cried out, saying: ‘Crucify Him, crucify Him!’ Pilate said to them: ‘Take Him you, and crucify Him: for I find no cause in Him.’ The Jews answered him: ‘We have a Law; and according to the Law He ought to die, because He made Himself the Son of God!’ When Pilate therefore had heard this saying, he feared the more” John 19:4-8.
In trying to reason with our Lord, Pilate sought for ways to release the Savior of the world from what the leaders of Israel were calling for: Crucifixion.
But our Lord would not be dissuaded from His Father’s business.
For the Redemption of the world (aka the gentiles) was at stake!
“And from henecforth Pilate sought to release Him. But the Jews cried out, saying: ‘If thou release this Man, thou art not caesar’s friend. For whosever maketh himself a king, speaketh against caesar.’
“Now when Pilate heard these words, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat … and he saith to the Jews: ‘Behold, your King.’ But they cried out: ‘Away with Him; away with Him; crucify Him!’ Pilate saith to them: ‘Shall I crucify your King?’ The chief priests answered: ‘We have no king but caesar.’ [This, for Pilate, as the political pressure mounts, is known as a “no-win” situation and results in the governor’s next move.]
Then therefore he delivered Him to them to be crucified. And they took Jesus and led Him forth’ ” John 19:12-16.
After reading these verses, it is easy for us to say “end of story; case closed.”
But we keep trying to emphasize the simplicity of things.
As a society, we have tried so desperately — and with the help of the evil one, have succeeded — in making things so complex.
We pretend that there is no black and white.
Only gray.
But the Truth is, it is not gray. It is black and white.
Let us go back to the original premise for this article that the ADL’s concerns regarding the portrayal of Jews in Mel Gibson’s controversial but yet-to-be-released film, is that:
“The film portrays Jewish authorities and the Jewish ‘mob’ as forcing the decision to execute Jesus, thus assuming responsibility for the crucifixion” [sic].
After reading the Gospel of John, we completely comprehend what the ADL is saying.
The problem is, do they completely comprehend what the Gospels say?
Do they comprehend that Gibson is only following what John, as Jesus called him, one of the Sons of Thunder, states?
Does the ADL comprehend that John is not a “Christian” or “Catholic” or a nazi as we understand those terms today, but a member of one of the 12 Tribes of Israel?
Does the Anti-Defamation League understand that John was not just anyone to the Messiah of Israel, but as the Lord Himself stated, the Apostle was His “Beloved Disciple”?
Does the ADL comprehend that it is not Mel Gibson who wrote this Gospel?
And, most profoundly, does the ADL comprehend that it is doing nothing more than once again mimicking the very acts of rejection written in the Scriptures that they claim foster “anti-Semitism”?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes they do, then the ADL and its supporters — including so-called “Catholic scholars” — are not reacting to or rejecting Gibson’s film, but to the Gospels themselves.
They are, in effect, condemning the Apostle John as a “liar” and his words as “lies,” both historically and spiritually.
For us as believers that John was inspired to write his Gospel, this accusation goes even deeper, against the Holy Spirit Himself, and now becomes a sin that may qualify as a sin that cannot be forgiven.
The sins of the fathers continue.
There is a reason that the state of Israel is in a state of terror.
It is not the fault of “anti-Semitism” by the Catholic Church, or by such ridiculous claims against filmmakers like Gibson.
It is not the fault of what the ADL or others consider to be “anti-Semitism” written in the Gospels.
It is, simply and most profoundly, the fault of every individual Jew, whether in the state of Israel or outside.
Not because they are Jewish.
Not even because, dare we say, that there are those who wrongfully hate Jews.
The reason the scourge of anti-Semitism exists is because Israel refuses, even in the worst of circumstances, to accept its Messiah.
They continue to reject Him.
In every arena.
Whether in politics, religion or art, they want nothing to do with Him.
And He, in turn, as of now, will have nothing to do with them.
This simple Truth is apparent in the simple fact that the Lord moved His Temple, His headquarters, out of the City of Jerusalem and to the City of Rome!
It is apparent in the simple fact that God ensured the Temple was destroyed for the attitude of the high priest and his followers condemning the Son of the Father.
It is apparent in the simple fact of the lawlessness that rages within the Holy Cities of Israel from Bethlehem to Nazareth.
This, we say with all sincerity and in deep respect for our Jewish brothers and sisters, is, in reality, a war between them and their King.
It is a war the world itself is caught up in.
And it will not end.
That is, until they turn to Him and beg, plead and implore on their knees for His intercession.
Israel will have no peace until the people ask Him for it and, in return, give it to Him by paying Him the homage they should have when He walked among them!
Israel today does not suffer from anti-Semitism.
Israel today suffers because it, like the United States, does not have the Lord’s Hand of Protection upon it.
We, as a nation, have rejected our Queen while, in times gone by, spiritually embraced our King (although we, in the United States, are doing a very good job of removing Him from our society as well)!
The nation of Israel — and that includes those within or without its borders — have rejected and continue to reject their King.
Even more profound, the people of Israel have no thoughts of a Queen, a Woman, who as the Daughter of Sion, could lead them back not only to God’s Hand of Protection, but, more importantly, to His Hand of Mercy!
It is not just the ADL that is at fault in this.
It is our own Church and those like “sister” Mary Boys and other so-called “Catholic scholars” who have condemned Mel Gibson’s portrayal of the ultimate Truth of the Gospels.
The list of antichrists in this affair does go on.
In World War II, the antichrist, who did not believe in Catholicism (despite what some antichrists say!), DID NOT use the Gospels to justify the Holocaust; instead, hitler used economic and territorial claims. This antichrist used lies to make the German people and others believe he was their “savior” instead of the Lord Jesus.
The Holocaust was not a result of John’s Gospel, but of a megalomaniac who saw himself as “god.”
Now the ADL, in their self-righteous paranoia of the historical and horrifying Holocaust sees itself as “god.”
A “god” to arbitrate, as Pilate asked Jesus, “What is Truth?”
Among the charges the ADL has brought against the film include the statement that “the film relies on historical errors, chief among its depiction of the Jewish high priest … .”
What historical documents do they produce to contradict what is said in the Gospel of John?
In this statement alone, they have proven what the reality of their argument is: they disbelieve one of their own who, through witnessing the miracle of the Resurrection as well as other outrageous events, such as the Transfiguration, has told them who their Messiah is.
The ADL, like so many others today, are rejecting the historical Truths John has written.
Unfortunately, the majority of the people of Israel did not believe Jesus when He walked the Earth.
Unfortunately, the majority of the people who are the remnant of the 12 Tribes scattered throughout the world have not accepted the writings of one of their own.
They continue to be, when they speak out against Christ, as the Beloved Disciple himself wrote under the inspiration of the Spirit of God, antichrists.
While there should never, ever be a repetition of the Holocaust or any other “pogrom” against the Jewish people no matter what their beliefs, we must NEVER FORGET the reality we live in. Indeed, we, as a nation, a people, Catholics, and believers, should do everything to ensure the survival of Israel.
For Christianity is not the scourge of Judaism; it is its child.
The scourge of Judaism and Christianity is its common enemy: islam.
But until the nation of Israel throughout the world recognizes the Truth of the Gospel of John which proves Jesus IS their Messiah, there will be no human being, no pope, no president, no world leader, who will bring the peace we all desire. (And this, of course, is the ultimate end for the antichrists of the ADL and others like Boys who could, through their rejection of John’s Gospel, wind up following the coming man of perdition in their quest for a peace without Jesus.)
And we, facing reality, must comprehend that there is no evangelization through any movie on the Passion of Christ that will change that hard-hearted attitude of those who continue to act as the high priest instigated the crowd before Pilate.
Instead, today’s antichrists will continue to hide in the claims of anti-Semitism.
They will not be judged by us; they will be judged by John who will hand them over to the Just Judge for sentencing.
And Israel will not relent in its treason against its King until “They shall look on Him whom they pierced” (John 19:37).
This will not happen until “He cometh with the clouds, and every eye shall see Him, and they also that pierced Him” Apocalypse 1:7 (as written in confirmation by the Beloved Disciple).
